Tales from the cast of Borderlands
Acclaimed Tales from the Borderlands is back. Originally released as an episodic adventure spanning five years, the selection-based narrative game returns to PC via Steam and the Epic Store. In addition, it hits Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
In between the events of Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 3, the incredible duo team up to try to get rich. You will learn the story from two different perspectives as both characters try to get back the money they believe they are entitled to. Let's take a look at some of the Borderlands Tales you will explore.
Fiona
First in Tales from the Borderlands, Fiona. Laura Bailey, known for her role as Abby in The Last of Us Part 2, says it. Fiona is a real scammer who has been planning and plotting for years to make a fortune by selling safe keys. Fiona is a stubborn, fearless character with a heart of gold and a sarcastic sense of humor.
Rhys
Fiona works with Rhys and is voiced by Troy Baker from pretty much every video game you've played. Rhys is a businessman who adores Handsome Jack. He is an ambitious man and works in a safe market, so he decides to cooperate with Fiona. But of course it doesn't go smoothly.
Sasha
Erin Yvette also joins the cast of Tales from the Borderlands, who play Sasha. Erin has appeared in almost every other Telltale game, as well as Oxenfree, Fortnite, and many more. Sasha is Fiona's sister and plays a big part in the scaming show they both played. During her adventure, Sasha will accompany Fiona in a positive and relaxed manner.
Vaughn
Vaughn is the right hand of our second hero in Tales from the Borderlands. Vaughn, voiced by Talking Dead's Chris Hardwick, is Rhys' loyal and dependable sidekick. As Hyperion's best friends and associates, Rhys and Vaughn will (almost) always support each other.
Handsome Jack
Despite his death in Borderlands 2, Handsome Jack is still one of the main antagonists in Tales from the Borderlands and is voiced by Daemon Clarke, who played Jack in all of the Borderlands games. Handsome Jack appears as an AI only for Rhys in Tales from the Borderlands and is always making bad plans, so be careful and don't trust him!
You will get to know all these Tales of Borderlands characters very well in the five episodes saved in the game. Plus a lot more, including regulars on shows like Moxxie Zer0 and Claptrap. When they try to cheat, lie, try to get out of the situation, you are in control of the choices that affect your story and your relationships. Tales from the Borderlands will be re-released as one big game, instead of single episodes as before.
