How to Complete Last Entry in Arc Raiders
Added as part of the Flashpoint update in Arc Raiders, the Last Entry quest is a linear but high-stakes mission that demands precision and speed. Unlike other quests, it requires you to complete all objectives in a single run-no second chances if you miss a step or fall to enemies. This guide breaks down every task, from accepting the quest to delivering the final item, ensuring you finish Last Entry smoothly on your first attempt.
1. Accept the Last Entry Quest and Prepare for the Run
Before diving into the mission, you first need to obtain the Last Entry quest. Head to the trader Shani, who will assign you the task. Take a moment to review the quest details: all objectives are tied to the Stella Montis map, and you must complete them in one continuous raid-hesitation or mistakes can ruin your progress entirely.
Preparation is key to success. Equip a fast weapon for close-quarters combat, as you'll need to move quickly through tight spaces. Bring smoke or flash grenades to cover your approach to the Seed Vault, and stock up on health packs to handle unexpected enemy encounters. If playing with a squad, communicate your route in advance to avoid confusion.
2. Step 1: Find and Access the Right Workstation in the Seed Vault Area
Launch a raid on the Stella Montis map and head straight for the Seed Vault POI (Point of Interest) marked on your HUD. Contrary to what you might expect, you don't need to enter the Seed Vault itself-the workstation you need is located outside, in the hallway just above the POI on your map.
Approach the workstation and interact with it to access the researcher's logs. This interaction triggers the next objective, so don't dawdle. Avoid looting unnecessary ARC Raiders Items here; your goal is to move quickly to the next step before enemies converge on your position.
3. Step 2: Search for the Hidden Key in the Adjacent Room
After accessing the workstation, turn around and move straight ahead. You'll soon see a door on your left-this is the adjacent room where the hidden key is located. Hesitation here can cost you the run, so enter the room immediately after interacting with the terminal.
Inside the room, look to your left for a rack of hazmat suits. The Seed Vault Box Key is tucked among these suits; interact with the rack to collect it. The key is easy to miss if you circle the room, so focus on the left wall as soon as you enter. Confirm you've collected the key before moving back to the Seed Vault area.
4. Step 3: Unlock the Seed Deposit Box and Retrieve the Shutdown Documentation
With the key in hand, return to the shutters next to the workstation you used earlier. Use the Seed Vault Box Key to open the shutters, which grants access to the inner part of the Seed Vault. This corridor is exposed, so stay alert for enemy patrols as you move forward.
Proceed through the corridor, using cover to clear any enemy pockets you encounter. You don't need to loot everything-your priority is to reach the second terminal inside the Seed Vault. Interact with this terminal to unlock the Seed Deposit Box and retrieve the official shutdown documentation, the quest's key item.
5. Step 4: Deliver the Documentation to Shani and Complete the Quest
Once you have the official shutdown documentation, your final task is to extract from the Stella Montis map and deliver the item to Shani in Speranza. Remember, extraction points are not safe zones-enemies will attack you during the countdown, so use cover and defend yourself until the extraction completes.
If playing with a squad, never leave a downed teammate behind. Downed allies auto-revive on extraction, so push them to the extraction point before it closes to keep your team intact and avoid losing progress. Once you reach Speranza, speak to Shani to hand over the documentation and finish the Last Entry quest.
Key Tips to Avoid Failing the Run
Since Last Entry requires all objectives to be completed in one run, small mistakes can be costly. Here are a few tips to ensure success: Move with intent-don't waste time looting or exploring off-route. Stay sharp for enemies like Wasps and Hornets, which often patrol the Seed Vault area; target their thrusters to take them down quickly.
If you encounter a Snitch (a recon enemy), kill it immediately. Snitches don't attack directly but will call in backup, making your run significantly more difficult. Use your grenades to cover your escape if you're overwhelmed, and always know your extraction route in advance to avoid panicking at the end. As a result, players will acquire additional resources, such as cheap ARC Raiders BluePrints, coins, and more.
By following these steps and staying focused, you'll complete the Last Entry quest efficiently. Remember: speed, precision, and preparation are your best tools-take your time to plan, but move quickly once the raid begins. With this guide, you'll turn this high-stakes mission into a straightforward task.
