FIFA 21: 5 Ways to Get More Coins in the Team of the Year Season
The Team of the Year is one of the biggest events in the FIFA Ultimate Team series. TOTY is always packed with loads of content in terms of new challenges and squad building goals - and WBS gives you great opportunities to earn FIFA Mobile Coins through trading.
In addition to the SBC, the TOTY event will also cover volatile market fluctuations - therefore, here are five tips you can use to take advantage of the new WBC and market fluctuations to earn more coins ...
1. Sell your team before TOTY starts
If you are going to a TOTY party, it would be a good idea to sell the band due to the impending market crash. You see, TOTY cards are some of the most valuable cards in the entire game - which is why FUT players around the world usually open an insane number of packs in the hope of getting a TOTY player.
This bundle opening increases the supply of cards and, as you can imagine, the excess supply lowers the prices of players in the game. Selling your team now will help you preserve the value of your coins instead of losing coins when the market crashes.
2. Invest in 83-rated players
Investing in 83 rated players is a safe way to earn a few coins on every major promotion. We'll likely get some repetitive SBCs during the TOTY event, some of which may require people to submit a message of 83 rated teams.
When we get these SBCs, you can sell 83 rated players you have invested in with a significant profit by giving you enough coins to take advantage of other coin making opportunities in the Transfer Market.
3. Invest in TOTW players
During the TOTY event, EA will offer multiple Squad Building Challenges - some of these Squad Building Challenges require players to submit one or maybe two Team of the Week components to complete them. As this is an important requirement, you can sell TOTW cards on the transfer market for a higher price, which will allow you to make a nice return on your investment.
It's worth noting that TOTW players with good chemical links tend to make more profit than their counterparts with bad chemical linkages, so make sure you only invest in TOTW who play in popular leagues and come from popular countries.
4. Sniper cards
Sniping is the act of quickly buying an undervalued card on the transfer market and selling it at its original value. For example - Harry Kane usually costs 46,000. Coins if you search the transfer market and find a Kane card that costs, say, $ 30,000. Coins, you can buy it for 30 thousand. And sell for 46 thousand. - and earn 16 thousand. (Before tax).
The Sniper is a lot more difficult than it sounds because when an undervalued card arrives in the transfer market, many other FUT players will also try to buy that card in hopes of making a quick profit - this usually leaves you one window second to buy the undervalued card. so when you see it you have to be fast to shoot cards effectively.
It's a pretty tough way to earn coins, but it's incredibly lucrative when done right.
5. Buy META cards during the market crash
While player prices are close to falling, some cards will revert to their normal prices in the middle of the TOTY event due to the influx of coins that will hit the transfer market when people sell the cards they will receive after opening packages.
This influx of coins will raise META card prices again, allowing you to cash in on the cards you picked during the stock market crash.
