Everything we know about Surgeon Simulator 2
The release date of Surgeon Simulator 2 is now over, and it's now available for players to jump into the chaos of PC operations. The original Surgeon Simulator was released in 2013 and has been a viral hit for quite some time. The sequel takes what made the first game so great, then takes it to the next level by throwing more players into battle, creating a more expansive operating room, adding story, and even creating levels.
Freedom
While the first game took place in the four small walls of the operating room. Surgeon Simulator 2 opens up a host of new doors. Players have a much more open world at their disposal, where more puzzles and secrets can be found. There are offices for sightseeing, vents for crawling, and much more. There is even a story mode in the game. It's not just about getting the surgery done. With shaky physics and comedic themes, this sequel is sure to get a lot of laughter.
Cooperation
Have you ever wanted to have an operation with three other friends? What does that mean no? Yes of course. Luckily, Surgeon Simulator 2 keeps you protected as it now supports co-op for up to four players. Take on the challenge of operating Bob with your most trusted friends and their confident hands. Surely nothing will go wrong ... You'll have to work together to perform delicate operations with a variety of tools, and roam the offices for items and items to solve puzzles.
Creation Mode
Probably one of the most interesting and exciting additions to the game is turning on the creation mode. With almost unlimited creation possibilities, you can build your own levels to share with your friends and the Surgeon Simulator community. Designed to be intuitive and easy to use, you can design layouts, place decorations and furniture, and you can take your friends on a construction trip.
VR
Virtual reality support was later added to the original game, but was not officially available at the time of release. As with the first game, Surgeon Simulator 2 VR support is currently not officially included. That said, there were some who tried it with PC VR headsets with decent results. While it's not perfect, and no matter what things look like, you have to get around this. There is no official word yet, or will be added at a later date.
Character creation
Surgeon Simulator 2 also introduces some character creation elements. During the game you can choose from 4 characters and you can now change their outfits. You can also unlock more character customization options by completing objectives and missions throughout the game.
