Backpacks are a new feature that you can equip to increase your carrying weight.

You can get your first backpack by upgrading to Possum's Pioneer Scouts rating. Make higher-level backpacks for greater weight-bearing rewards. Backpacks can be modified to change their look to suit your personal taste.

You can also add function modules to give your backpack more features, such as increased damage reduction or refrigerated food, usually to reduce storage capacity. The backpack is still visible when wearing clothes and armor, but when you step into power armor, it will not be equipped. Clothing with a built-in cosmetic backpack won't showcase your functional backpack. However, you still get the benefits of a backpack.

By establishing a vending machine at C.A.M.P. to start a new business investment, you can use merchandise to sell merchandise to other residents' hats. You can create up to four vending machines in C.A.M.P. Use the Vendors tab in the Build menu. Force it to advertise other players on your C.A.M.P. map. Players can also quickly go to C.A.M.P.s to provide vending and appear on the map. Up to 30 separate or stacked items can be assigned to the vending machine at any given time. Assign items in the item or inventory to the vending machine and set the highest price you want to sell. Items you assign to Vending will not be removed from your Stash. Once you reach the current maximum of 25,000, you can still sell items, but you will not receive any restrictions beyond this limit. Or, when you want to buy new equipment for your collection, you can use the map to find other businesses that have opened a store.

Legendary switch

The legendary switch has been added to the train station near Appalachian. You can use them to convert unwanted legends into a new currency called Legendary Scrip.

The Legendary Scrip can be used to purchase Purveyor's legendary product Fallout 76 Caps for Sale a new "legendary supplier" that will arrive in Appalachian on May 16. Prepare for Scrip by exchanging your belongings.

The higher the star rating of the legendary project, the more Scrips are obtained from the Exchange computer.

Legendary Scrip cannot be traded and will not be shared between characters in your account.
