Are people miscalculating the time they spend on the game daily
Good morning.
I've read several comments and posts in the last few months, boasting that they are capable of handling up to 6, 8, or 10 characters in a matter of 2 hours maximum each day. Here's my question what are these accounts for?
Do these folks have time to move to the adventure islands? How long does it take to go down Thunderwings or to navigate over the scroll and chaos? Argos? Oreha? Are there divisions to be made for the time that is spent on weekly guild quests and unas on the various characters?
Let's suppose you run Lopang daily on every alt, and 4 for me in this scenario. On a computer that is slow and a slow internet connection, let's say that it takes you four minutes to load the screens and for NPCs to appear. 4x4=16 minutes for alt una's. The class of the player will determine the time. the chaos dungeon could be completed in five minutes for each. So 5x2x4=40 minutes for chaos dungeons. I take out my wardancer's Igrexxion because I am not a fan of her game play. I do my two Yohos with my 1370 alt approximately 6 minutes each. 2x6=12. My 1325 alts mostly gather guardians rest as Nacrasena isn't particularly appealing on the loot side which is why I usually do not bother with it. In my main account, I use Kaltherz, Hypnos and Allakir to get una's. I've never done a timer for them , but it seems as if I'll need about 15 minutes for each. Daily Deskaluda averages a total of 12 minutes, while chaos runs are 9 minutes long.
Let's get to the weekly magazines. 2. Boss Rush, 1x Cube on all five characters. Let's assume that an average of 5-6 mins for Boss Rushes, and 8 minutes for a cube(depending the luck) This is 2x5x5 = 50 7 x 7 = 7. 8x5=40/7 = 6.
Adding this all up to this point, I am, already, at 16+40+12+15+12+9+7+6= 117. This is 2 hours and 5 characters and not accounting for any travel time elsewhere without accounting for Orehas and Argos runs that cause me to go south, or the third guild quest with x5 or adventure islands, or the chaos gate that are part of Thunderwings or Rapports however it happens to be. It really isn't even two hours for me, as I'm currently developing my reputation and as per alt it could be 10 minutes instead of 3.
In addition to all that my main concern is that even being lazy, and essentially having guardians for only two or 3 of my characters if I can begin doing things that are not chores after about 2,5 hours of playtime each day. So, how do these players manage 6 characters in just a half hours? Are I doing something wrong?
